2.1 Email Infrastructure Services

We build and maintain purpose-driven inboxes optimized for high-deliverability cold email outreach, designed to meet industry standards and compliance protocols.

2.2 Technical Implementation & Management

Our team handles all technical aspects of setup, configuration, deployment, and upkeep of your email infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and delivery.

2.3 Technical Support Services

We offer dedicated support including:

  • Real-time system monitoring
  • Resolution of technical issues
  • System updates and enhancements

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Billing and Payment

  • All services are billed monthly in advance
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, including American Express
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Pricing may change with prior notice

3.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if licenses remain unused, as determined solely by ProjectInbox.

3.3 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through app.projectinbox.ai
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided

4. Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Sharing

While account sharing is permitted at your discretion, you are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to:

  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Abusive behavior towards staff
  • Suspected illegal or unethical activities
  • Violation of these Terms

5. Service Level Commitment

5.1 Support Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed SLA.

5.2 Data Management

  • You are responsible for backing up your own data
  • ProjectInbox does not retain customer data backups
  • We are not liable for data loss

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

While we strive for uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Delayed delivery
  • Indirect or incidental damages

6.2 Use of Services

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

All content, software, and designs provided by ProjectInbox are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Company.
