At ProjectInbox, we are committed to maintaining transparency and clarity in all aspects of our service, including our refund procedures. This document outlines when a refund may be considered and how you can request one.
General Refund Policy
Our standard policy is no refunds for services rendered, with a single exception: completely unused licenses. This policy is in place because our services provide immediate access to digital infrastructure and technical resources, which cannot be reclaimed once accessed.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
You may request a refund only if the license:
- Has never been activated or accessed
- Has had no technical setup or service configuration
- Has not been assigned any resources
Not Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Licenses or services that have been partially used
- Any service that has undergone technical implementation
- Activated licenses, even if not fully used
- Subscriptions canceled partway through a billing period
- Services terminated due to violations of our terms or policies
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our unused license exception:
- Email us at hello@projectinbox.ai
- Include your account information and license details
- Explain why you believe the license qualifies as unused
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours
Refund Review and Decision
All refund requests are subject to internal review. The final determination of refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of ProjectInbox, based on service logs and implementation records.
If Your Refund is Approved
If your request is accepted:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued
