Standard Delivery

For all regular service purchases, we guarantee delivery within twelve (12) hours once all onboarding steps are completed.

Priority Delivery

Clients who opt for our priority delivery upgrade will receive service implementation within six (6) hours from the time all onboarding requirements are fulfilled.

Our stated delivery timeframes rely on the following conditions being fully satisfied:

Client Responsibilities

To initiate service delivery, the client must:

  1. Provide all necessary access credentials
  2. Remove any technical restrictions that may block implementation
  3. Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
  4. Complete all onboarding forms and documentation
  5. Resolve any login or access-related issues

Technical Requirements

Delivery also depends on:

  1. Appropriate access permissions to required platforms
  2. Absence of technical conflicts or barriers
  3. Full compatibility with our system requirements
  4. Successful credential verification by our team

Implementation Workflow

Platform Integration

Once all prerequisites are met, our technical team will begin the implementation process, which includes:

  1. Full setup of the purchased services
  2. Seamless integration with the client’s sending platform
  3. Configuration of required technical components
  4. Testing and validation of system functionality

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful implementation:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email
  2. Access credentials (if applicable) will be shared
  3. Documentation on how to access and use your services will be provided
  4. An initial setup verification will be performed

Although we aim to meet all delivery timelines, certain factors may cause delays, such as:
